Our programming serves to put a spotlight on Ireland’s long cultural influence and bring it to the people of Boston. You don’t have to be Irish by heritage to be inspired and enjoy!
We are proud to share the rich and robust history of Irish music with the people of Massachusetts and the greater Boston area. The Irish programming started in 1967 with “The Irish Hour” which served as a way to bring Ireland’s unique culture to the airwaves and bring news from Ireland back to the United States. Since then, we have continued to expand the program and our mission with flagship programs, the Irish Hit Parade and A Feast of Irish Music.
Our hosts have a true passion for bringing Irish culture and entertainment to our audience. Whether you are listening to the Irish Hit Parade or A Feast of Irish Music, you are sure to hear the knowledge, passion, and exuberant Irish spirit in our hosts’ presentations.
